Final of the 73rd theatre season in NOVAT.

73rd theatre season is coming to the end. Members of the audience will be able to see once again favorite performances and landmark premieres of the 2017-2018 season on NOVAT’s grand stage in July.

July 21, “L’elisir d’amore” opera taste-off will enthrall the audience with a witty, elegant love story and will enchant with bel canto music. The festive performance staged by Vyacheslav Starodubtsev, conducted by Dmitri Jurowski starring NOVAT opera company soloists Nadezhda Nesterova (Adina), Vladimir Kuchin (Nemorino), Pavel Yankovsky (Belcore) and Alexey Laushkin (Dulcamara) will be a striking final chord of opera season in NOVAT.

July 23, we invite ballet lovers to the last in 73rd season “Spartacus” performance, music by A. Khachaturian with choreography by Yu. Grigorovich. The title role will be performed by a principal dancer with the Mikhailovsky theatre Ivan Vasiliev, and NOVAT ballet soloists Anna Zharova (Phrygia), Alexey Tyutyunnik (Crassus) and Anna Odintsova (Aegina) will also be engaged in this performance.

The ballet premieres will be performed at the end of theatre season.

Emotional, filled with philosophical and psychological depths works by Edward Clug “Whisper” (“Ssss”) and “Radio And Juliet” will be performed on the NOVAT grand stage on July, 24. Contemporary choreography, sophisticated music material and expressive scenography will touch NOVAT audience’s feelings.

The magic “Cinderella” ballet with its brilliance of flawless choreography and impressive multimedia decorations will complete the NOVAT theatre season. You will be able to see the enchanting ballet fairy tale with the participation of a Mikhailovsky theatre principal dancer Ivan Vasiliev on July, 25, ballet company soloists Ekaterina Likhova and Evgeny Basalyuk will perform leading parts for the first time on July, 26, Novosibirsk audience’s favorite Cinderella and Prince, ballet couple Anastasia Soboleva and Voctor Lebedev will glorify the season’s last performance on July, 27.
