NOVAT starts the ticket sales for January, February, March and April 2019. Starting from today you can purchase attractively priced tickets for popular shows and premieres of the theatre. Please, have a look at the complete repertoire on our website, section Playbill.
NOVAT presents 9 new types of subscription. Each one can choose a suitable subscription program, consisting of four shows; besides that, a theatre subscription is a valuable gift for your loved ones.
Subscriptions include most popular opera and ballet performances of the theatre as well as premieres. Please make notice of the matinee subscriptions, suitable for visiting with children: “For small kids”, “Family visit to the theatre”, “Young theatre-goers”, “Family traditions”. A. Adan’s “Le Corsaire” ballet with the choreography by Marius Petipa and Petr Gusev is returning to the stage in January. The adventurous production with massive scenery, including a copy of the famous pirate galleon “Golden Hind” will be performed January 18 and 19 then February 20 and 21, March 16 and 27, April 20.
Two main premieres of NOVAT’s 74th season are: a colorful ballet for both adults and children “Coppelia” by Léo Delibes (January 23, 24 and then February 5, March 8, April 6) and a cheerful opera by Rossini “The Barber of Seville” (January 8, February 17, March 9, April 14).
NOVAT’s baller repertoire of January - April is rich and diverse as always, all generations of the audience will enjoy the shows: “Cinderella”, “Nutcracker”, “Sleeping Beauty”, “Swan Lake”, “Giselle”, “Spartacus”, “Don Quixote”, “La Bayadère”, “Romeo and Juliet”, “Peer Gynt”, one act ballets “Radio and Juliet” and “Ssss”.
Classic opera repertoire of the second part of the 74th season is represented by popular and beloved performances: “Carmen”, “Turandot”, “Un Ballo in Maschera”, “Traviata”, “The Queen of Spades. The Game”, “Prince Igor”, “Boris Godunov”, “La bohème”, “L’elisir d’amore”.
